uapsl welcomes chin united fc

Aurora Colorado - January 23, 2021 - The United Africa Premier Soccer League (UAPSL) is excited to announce Chin United FC of Aurora Colorado as a new member as of the Spring/Summer 2021 Season.

Based in Aurora (Colo.), Chin United begins UAPSL play in the Colorado Unity Cup Premier Division. The Team is representing the Refugee Community of Burma and Nepal. Majority of the player hale from the State of Chin in Burma.

Myo Tun one of the Founders and Captain of Chin United, A native of Burma, said he played for the UAPSL team Somalia and was impress with the organization and decided to bring their communities to come out and participate in the league. “We know the league is an African league that means the paste of the league is very fast, but we are here to compete and possibly win the league, the people of Burma and Nepal share a common experience in the USA as refugees”.
